Advanced Axis AX is a flexible fire alarm control panel range designed to provide high performance fire detection and alarm management across commercial, industrial and public sector applications.
Advanced Axis AX combines flexible fire detection with scalable control
Designed around ease of installation, commissioning and ongoing management, the system combines networking capabilities and scalability with an intuitive approach to operation. The range is EN54 approved and includes fire panels, audio systems, command centres and wired devices, including CO detectors.
Scalable fire alarm control for complex applications
Axis AX is modular, allowing the system to accommodate different configurations and applications. Standalone control panels are available in one, two and four SLC formats. Each 500mA digital signalling line circuit supports up to 126 intelligent devices, while systems can accommodate up to 200 zones per panel and 25,000 devices across a network.
Installation and commissioning are supported by an easy fix removable chassis and built in software. Intuitive controls and menus provide click and select programming, while networking, configuration options and cause and effect functionality provide control over system operation. Panels also support intelligent annunciators, I/O drivers and a BMS interface for integration with building management systems.
Axis AX includes service and diagnostic functionality intended to simplify ongoing system management. Its Windows based service tool provides access to historic and real time device data, allowing users to download service reports, review device histories and monitor servicing schedules.
Built in diagnostics include scope on board functionality and a multimeter for monitoring system voltages and currents. False alarm management technology is also incorporated as standard.
Advanced manufactures all Axis AX panels and control centres in the UK, with the system designed for applications ranging from industrial complexes and public services to mass transportation, historic buildings and major developments.
