Commercial fire and security specialist Tecserv UK has partnered with Skills for Security to support apprenticeship training and professional development across its workforce.
Skills for Security, the UK’s largest fire and security apprenticeship training provider, will support Tecserv’s apprenticeship programme as the company seeks to attract and develop the next generation of industry professionals.
Three new apprentices have joined Tecserv during the past three months, with further recruitment planned as the programme develops.
Professional development expanded
Alongside apprenticeship training, 52 Tecserv employees have enrolled on Skills for Security’s Skills On Demand platform.
The platform provides flexible access to online training and development content, allowing employees to strengthen their technical knowledge, industry awareness and wider professional skills alongside their existing roles.
The initiative forms part of Tecserv’s commitment to investing in its workforce and maintaining high standards across the fire and security sector.

Our partnership with Skills for Security gives us the opportunity to support new talent through apprenticeships while also providing our wider team with access to ongoing professional development.
“We’re particularly pleased to have welcomed three new apprentices over the last three months and are looking forward to seeing them develop and make their contribution to the business. We’re excited about continuing to build on this partnership as Tecserv grows.”
