INTERSCHUTZ 2022 Fire Safety and Security Exhibition

INTERSCHUTZ

The increase in natural disasters has already noticeably changed the daily lives of many aid and rescue workers. In addition, there was the Corona pandemic and the humanitarian emergencies caused by political conflicts – most recently as a result of the Russian war on Ukraine.

Given the current challenges, the topics of INTERSCHUTZ are more relevant than ever before. 1,000 companies from 50 countries as well as the participating associations and organisations will present the solutions for the challenges of the time.

INTERSCHUTZ 2022

This makes it all the more important for them to meet and exchange ideas at INTERSCHUTZ 2022 security exhibition, taking place at the Hanover Fairground, in Hanover, Germany, from June 20 to June 25, 2022, in order to maintain and expand important networks and to establish new ones.

Dr. Dieter Siegel, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Rosenbauer International AG, said “Social and technological change, as well as tackling the effects of climate change, pose major challenges for fire departments worldwide.”

Exchange With Customers And Partners Vital

Dr. Dieter Siegel added, “Against this background, the exchange with customers and partners is particularly important. We look forward to presenting our contributions at Interschutz, on how the tasks of emergency services can be managed more efficiently and the resilience of society strengthened.”

Boris Pistorius, Lower Saxony Minister of the Interior and Sport, said “In view of the attack on Ukraine, the world is facing a completely new security situation. This not only has consequences for foreign policy and external defense, but is just as much a central challenge for internal security in Europe.”

Adverse Security Situation In Ukraine

Boris Pistorius added, “In this context, it is of crucial importance, especially now, that industry, science, decision-makers, executives, as well as emergency forces and users of fire departments, rescue services and civil protection meet, at INTERSCHUTZ 2022, in Hanover. Especially now, it is important to develop answers to these challenges together with our international and European partners. That’s why we need the innovative power of INTERSCHUTZ 2022.”

Karl-Heinz Banse, the President of the German Fire Service Association, said “The professional exchange on topics, such as population protection and disaster management, and also the technical advancement, for example – in digitalisation, are more important than ever now in these times, considering the war in Ukraine. INTERSCHUTZ, with its internationality, offers exactly the right framework for cross-border networking, not only in these areas!”

Important Platform For Global Security Companies

Dirk Aschenbrenner, the President of the Association for the Promotion of German Fire Protection (vfdb), said “We are impatiently counting the days until INTERSCHUTZ and are looking forward to the major industry get-together, where manufacturers, developers and users come together – To inform and to network.”
