American Emergency Response Training is led by President Jody Rood from their Rockford, Tennessee headquarters. Working alongside Mr. Rood will be longtime Ferrara sales representative, Jeff Bagwell. In addition to servicing his accounts, Mr. Bagwell will also be the sales manager for American.
