Perimeter Solutions’ PHOS-CHEK and FIRE-TROL fire retardants help slow, stop and prevent the start of wildfires by making wildland fuels non-flammable. All Perimeter Solutions products have a high level of fire retardant effectiveness, with differences in visibility, viscosity, adherence to vegetation and durability through weathering.
Perimeter Solutions’ ground-applied long-term retardant solutions are valuable fire management tools that can help stop wildfire in its tracks. PHOS-CHEK FORTIFY can be applied to vegetation and other fuels prior to the start of wildfire season and can help prevent the start of wildfires by making these fuels non-flammable, hardening the vegetation against fire risk. The retardant remains effective even after a significant rain event.
PHOS-CHEK fire retardants are fully qualified by the USDA Forest Service under specification 5100-304c.

Our fluorine-free firefighting foams, including our newest offering, SOLBERG VERSAGARD AS-100, contain raw materials that do not include any intentionally added persistent chemicals like per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), such as PFOS or PFOA siloxanes, providing customers with high-performing foam concentrates that help them to comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
