Car fire shuts down London’s Blackwall Tunnel
On the 21st February, a car caught fire in the Blackwall Tunnel in south east London, which forced the tunnel to be shut down.
21 firefighters and four fire engines turned up to the scene at around 10:15.
Videos and images were posted to social media, and they showed a silver vehicle with thick black smoke and flames pouring out of.
The London Fire Brigade said the cause was “not known at this stage”.
