Godiva Limited has been supplying firefighting pumps and systems for use by the emergency services since 1937. Based in Warwick, in the heart of England, the company’s hand-built pumps are shipped around the world and can be found in service in over 100 countries.

The business is part of the IDEX Fire & Safety group and works closely with its sister companies in Europe: AWG Fittings GmbH, LUKAS Hydraulik GmbH, and Vetter GmbH, who design and manufacture nozzles, rescue tools, and emergency pneumatic equipment.

Godiva’s core range of pumps is headlined by the well-known and respected Prima range of vehicle-mounted pumps, available in a wide selection of configurations and performances, from 2,000 litres per minute (lpm) at 10 Bar to 6,000 lpm at 10 Bar. Godiva’s KP range of compact pumps is designed for use in smaller, more agile firefighting vehicles, used for various specialized applications such as wildland firefighting.

The Prima range of pumps is available with a range of foam systems as well as a fully integrated Compressed Air Foam System (CAFS). More recently, Godiva has brought to market its advanced Total Waterflow Control System: SAMFlows. This system brings together technologies from around the IDEX Fire & Safety group to deliver a solution that controls and manages the entire path of water, from the water entering the pump from the tank, hydrant, or draft, to the pressure within the pump and at all discharges.

A unique feature of the system is its ability to control and maintain different pressures at each discharge. With SAMFlows continually monitoring and managing every function in and around the pump, the system simplifies pump operations, reduces mistakes, increases the speed to attack, improves efficiency, and ultimately makes the fireground safer.

With the strength of its in-house team of design and development engineers, Godiva strives to design, build, and supply industry-leading, efficient, high-performance, and reliable products to fire services worldwide. The team takes pride in designing and building products that save lives.
